How Can I Lose Weight Safely And Quickly?

I am a 15 year-old male and I’ve struggled with weight issues almost my whole life. I recenntly went on the HCG drops diet and it works great, but I always end up cheating and ruining it. I only want to lose 25-35 llbs. So how could I go about losing weight safely because of my age and quickly? I am looking to lose the weight within 2-3 months and I want a diet where I won’t ruin it by endulging every once and a while.

Ok so I’m 13 almost 14 this Saturday and this coming summer I’ll want to tan but to do that I want to get into a swim suite body! I will admit I think I’m fat and stuff but I wouldn’t take it too far… I’m about 5’3 and weigh around 135-145 lbs. I’m thinking I want to get around 100-110 or is that to much to lose? I’m not sure I don’t really want to talk to my mom about this because it’s weird and she’ll get all worried and stuff so what do you think would be the best way for me to lose weight and the best goal? And how?

I’m 13 years old, a girl, and I’m 4 feet, 11.75 inches. I got my first period when I was 9 1/2. ANYWAYS, I used to be 104 pounds like… 2 and a half weeks ago and now I’m about like 101.5ish. I’m wondering if losing that much weight in about 2 and a half weeks makes a difference in appearance.
*please don’t tell me I’m freaking skinny.. I’m not… I just measured myself around my bellybotton (I’m guessing it’s waist?) and I’m 28 inches!! Here are the rest of my measurements
Hips- 29.5 inches
Waist- 25.8 inches
Bust- 31.5 inches
Thigh circumference (one thigh)- 21 inches!! :O
By the way, I’m done growing, as far as height.
Are these measurements normal (unfat) for me and will losing 2 pounds make a diff? Thanks :)

I have a Delimna that I’m hoping someone can answer. When figuring out my weightloss cals is this correct?
My bmr is 1600 
Subtract 1200 cals eaten per day
This gives me a 400 deficit
Add 300 calories burned via exercise per day and that gives me a total deficit of 700 per day.
Do I multiply my bmr by an activity level prior to doing the deductions or is the method I’ve done correct as is?

Okay, so I just turned thirteen, I am 4 foot 10, 140 lbs, and I want to get down to 90 lbs. At one point I was 165 lbs. and I got down to 125 (that was what I was a few months ago) but I gained it back because I didn’t have time because of a busy schedule to excersise.
Anyways, I want to lose 50 lbs. and was wondering if this plan would make it happen. Also, how long would it take? I want to be down to 90 lbs. by the end of this summer. If not, I am willing to wait a full year. Also, do you have any other weightloss tips? Thanks.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Lean sliced turkey, lettuce, grapefruit (ocassionaly soybeans)
Dinner (same as lunch)
EVERYDAY
Excersise (DAILY EVERYDAY)
1. 10 laps around a track (it is very big and that probably adds up to 4 miles.
2. 500 jumping jacks
3. 100 sit ups
4. 200 squat thrusts
5. 1000 jump rope jumps
6. I attend basketball, volleyball, and kickball intramurals on certain days.
Will this work? I was obese in 5th grade and have been overweight since I was in 2nd grade. I want to get down to a healthy weight thanks! I would also drink 15 16.9 ounce bottles of water. I would drink a cup of green tea with breakfast. Thanks.

So, about two weeks ago I started having chest pains in my upper left chest. Naturally, I thought it was my heart, so I went in to the hospital ER and was checked out.
EKG, chest X-Ray, and a physical examination yielded nothing. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker and was told that I was at an extremely low risk for heart attack. So they discharged me with a pat on my shoulder and a $150 copay in hand.
I received follow up instructions to meet with a cardiologist in case I didn’t get better.
I didn’t have any alarming pains, but it was persistent and still there, so I made an appointment.
He did the same exam, minus the X-Ray, and told me that he could guarantee that nothing was wrong with my heart.
He prescribed Pepsid to me, as it could have been an acid problem.
For the most part, that’s helped and for the past few days I’ve been symptom free.
I cut caffeine from my diet (haven’t had any since my first ER trip), been trying to eat healthier, and have been walking outside almost daily.
Maybe two days ago now, I started having mild pains in the palms of my hands. Like they were sore. And to a lesser extent, up my forearms to the inside of my elbows.
I do spent a lot of time on my computer, and I’ve noticed that my wrists lay down flat on my laptop when I’m typing. But ever since this whole chest pain fiasco has started, I’ve started developing hypochondria.
I’ve even convinced myself that the blue veins in my hands are suddenly a bit more visible. I don’t know if it’s true or not, as I’ve never really paid that much attention to my hands before.
And last night, I did have a bit of chest pain in my mid/upper left rib cage area. But it was short and stabbing, like if I breathed in too deeply or stretched too far (with my left arm over my head). At the same time, I did have a heartburn like symptom where it felt like my stomach acid was coming up my throat. So, I took a PEpsid and after a while that went away. But I was still feeling a bit sensitive about my chest.
So TL:DR…
Chest pains, thought it was heart.
Two different doctors assured me it’s not. (EKG, X-Ray, physical exam).
Still having mild chest pains infrequently. Now palms hurt.
Going out of my mind. Didn’t sleep well last night.
